Our commitment to personalized, high-quality care makes us the perfect choice for busy pet owners. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to become a Nibbles & Yips client and join our family.


Step 1: Contact Us Before You Join Nibbles & Yips

The first step in becoming a Nibbles & Yips client is to reach out to us. You can contact Nibbles & Yips via phone or email to discuss your pet care needs. Our friendly team is here to answer any questions you might have and help you understand the services we offer. Additionally, we have a handy Request for Quote form on our website, allowing you to get a personalized quote for services without any commitment.


Step 2: Initial Consultation

Once you've contacted us, you can go ahead and schedule your "Pawsitive Pairing" call here. During the call, we will assign your primary pet caregiver and schedule your meet & greet. This step is crucial in ensuring that you receive the best personalized pet care services.


Step 3: Set Up Your Client Portal

After the initial consultation, you'll receive an invitation to set up your client portal. This online portal is your go-to place for managing all aspects of your pet's care. From scheduling services to making payments, the client portal makes everything convenient and accessible.

  • Log In: Once you've set up your account, log in to access your dashboard.

  • Profile Setup: Fill out your pet's profile with important information such as medical history, dietary preferences, and any special instructions.

  • Add Credit Card Information: Enter your credit card information for secure payments. Please note that I do not see your credit card information; payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment gateway.


Step 4: Review and Sign Documents

Once you have activated your Time to Pet Client Portal, you will need to check your email and review the Welcome Packet prior to your Meet & Greet. The last page or two pages (depending on your needs) will need to be printed, completed, signed, and given to your primary pet caregiver at the Meet & Greet.


Step 5: Meet Your Caregiver

This is an important step to ensure that your pet feels comfortable and safe with their new caregiver. During this meeting, you'll have the chance to discuss any last-minute details and ask any questions. Please note that the invoice for the Meet & Greet must be paid 24 hours prior to the appointment, or we will be forced to cancel the meeting.


Step 6: Choose Your Services

Nibbles & Yips offers a variety of pet care services to meet your needs, including in-home pet care, dog walking, and private boarding. Based on our initial consultation, we'll recommend the best services for your pet. You can choose from our range of options and customize your plan to suit your schedule.

  • In-Home Pet Care: Perfect for pets who prefer the comfort of their own home.

  • Dog Walking: Ideal for busy owners who want to ensure their dog gets regular exercise.

  • Private Boarding: A home-away-from-home experience for your pet when you're away.


Step 7: Scheduling Services

With your client portal set up and services selected, scheduling is a breeze. Simply log in to your portal, navigate to the scheduling section, and choose the dates and times that work best for you. Our flexible scheduling options ensure that you can find a time that fits your busy lifestyle.


Step 8: Enjoy Peace of Mind

A Nibbles & Yips client is reading a visit report card and viewing a map of their dog's walk in Broomfield, Colorado.

Once everything is set, you can relax knowing that your pet is in good hands. Our experienced and compassionate caregivers are dedicated to providing top-notch care, ensuring your pet is happy, healthy, and well-cared for.


  • Regular Updates: Receive updates and photos of your pet during their time with us.

  • Office Hours: Our office hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday. Calls, emails, texts, and Time to Pet messages will be responded to within those hours. We are available on weekends by appointment. If we are currently caring for your pet, we will answer texts and Time to Pet messages regarding their care.

  • Service requests are approved during office hours only.
