You’ll book services through your Nibbles & Yips client portal just like you always have. You’ll still pay your invoice to Nibbles & Yips. The difference comes when you receive communications from your PPSC sitter about your overnight service. This will be through a separate client portal, allowing you to communicate directly with your sitter.
We’ve made it simple to manage the two portals. There’s no need to upload any pet information, payment details, or contact information to PPSC. Nibbles & Yips takes care of all of that for you. We act as the emergency contact on your PPSC account and handle the Veterinary Release Form, vaccination records, and contacting your emergency contact if needed.
